this happened on friday...in the morning, when we had a "sit down" with our boss...and after me daring to tell him, that it would be the most important to have an objective, and would be essential to see the whole purpose, and the goal of our always "half an hour jobs"...than we could develop the project, having ideas and could complete the task in piece. and not starting things the from the end and going to the beginning waisting time.. how it happened on thursday too... he got pissed off, and told me that if i can not work his way, we can shake hands and i can walk away... so, this is "my way, or the highway" about.. and i am not looking forward tomorrow...
