a Trafalgar téren haladtam keresztül ma délután, elhagyva a Nemzeti Galériát, mikor figyelmes lettem egy lányra; valamit festett a járdán... Vénusz születése volt...egyik kedvenc festményem. nagyon megörültem neki és miután dobtam egy kis aprót és készítettem pár képet Róluk, megköszöntem, hogy ezt a képet festi nekünk a járdán ücsörögve..."..and where are you from?"
"i'm from Hungary...and you?"
"me too..."
"really? :-)"
"igen :-)"
leültem mellé és beszélgettünk picit. azt gondoltam, hogy a szépművészetin végzett Budapesten, de nem... egy egykori szerelmétől tanult festeni, itt Londonban, elég rövid idő alatt...
valószínűleg a szerelme és a szorgalma akkoriban hasonló intenzitással bírt... hát nem gyönyörű?

meeting Venus
i was crossing Trafalgar square and passing the National Gallery this afternoon, when i suddenly recognised a girl diligently painting something on the pavement...i stepped closer...it was one of my favourite paintings, from Boticelli: the Birth of Venus..i got excited and after dropping a coin and taking a couple of pictures of them, i said thank you for her for paiting this picture for us there...then, she asked where are was from, of course we shared our motherlands... so we chatted then more comfortably for a while, i thought she studied at the University of Fine Arts in Budapest, but she didn't...she learnt the bases of painting from one of her lovers withing a very short period, in London.. she is still paiting since then...isn't it beautiful?
